Client retention is at heart of any business and what is the best way you can keep in touch with them? The answer is Email Follow ups. Keeping in touch with your clients every few months will make sure that your remain in their head next time they are out to buy something.
As your client/customer list becomes large it gets difficult to keep up with follow ups, this is where my Automation will chip in.

I can write a Script in Google App script with set rules that will send Emails to your clients at regular intervals. Interval can be weekly, monthly or half yearly. Set the rules and BOOM! Your follows will remain on track.
