Looking forward to that well-planned email shot to your ‘good/fresh’ database of the email. Wait! Get these checked. This is where I come in.
Have you validated these email addresses whether they even exist or not? Or, are these just some old duds? A common fact. Only 10-40% of these thousands of email addresses are good enough to receive an email. Surprised?
Bad email addresses, invalid domains, faulty (even if temporarily) servers, spam bouncers can take a clean email list and contaminate it very fast, and give an unrealistic view of how many actual recipients there are! I can keep your contact list clean. In fact, I can work on a multitudes of external databases that may contain invalid, un-responsive email addresses, useless (spam/catchalls). When you have a clean list, you know exactly how many people you are reaching out to.
This prevents you from receiving a lot of bounced emails. Unfortunately, there are many ISPs that will block an IP, or even your server/ account, if too many bounced emails come back to it; to verify the validity of the email addresses you will be sending to, will stop this from happening to you. My IPs will bear the 'pain'!!!! :-)
Invalid and non-existent email addresses are removed from the list. This can reduce bounced back messages and avoids the possibility of being blocked by the ISP mail server for sending too many emails to invalid addresses.
I can promise to provide you back with the cleaner, much cleaner email list, with risk of getting blocked lowered than what is originally was.
PLEASE NOTE: The results are 96%+ accurate predictions. Email bounces will get reduced for sure but may not get eliminated by 100%. In some cases I have seen this being removed by 100% though.
