There are many different reasons why you might need a custom DNS configuration on your domain name.

- you've moved from shared hosting to a dedicated server or VPS
- you are using a separate email provider (e.g. Outlook 365) for the email services on your domain
- you have subdomains which need to point to different IP addresses
- you've been asked to add DNS records by your email campaign management provider
- you need to add a custom DNS record to get a third-party service on your website working
- you need to setup a custom SPF record for your outgoing email
- you need to setup DKIM to help secure your email

Before you buy this Offer, please check that your domain provider allows manual DNS changes by their customers. The vast majority do, but some don't (for example if your web developer has retained control of your domain). If DNS is controlled via a Linux server that you run, then I can make the changes in this way for you.

And finally, please do check the accuracy of the DNS additions / changes you're requesting - sometimes even one digit wrong will stop something working. I will apply the information you send me, so please make sure it's right.
