I've created customer profiles for many of my clients as a marketing director and consultant. It's one of my favourite parts of the job. I love gaining insights into people's behaviour and applying this to business. My qualification in psychology and my two decades in business allow me to profile a target market easily. I have access to information to support the profiles I create and can deliver great insights into how you should appeal to this market and how to illicit that sale. We all know that scattergun approaches are old hat now, only personalised marketing works, and a customer profile is a weapon all successful businesses need in order to deliver marketing that sells.
