Draft and file a design patent for your product design

Benefits of the design patent application you will get:

1- Mark your invention as a patent pending.

2- Prevent others from selling your product with the same design, you will be the only seller for your product with the protected design.

4- Get international priority where you can file a design patent application in any country claiming your first design application.



SECTIONS OF THE PATENT APPLICATION YOU WILL GET:

1- Prepare the description of the UK, AU, CA, EU, HK or US design patent application.


2- Fill out the required forms.

There is an extra GBP 40 for every drawing we will need, usually, we need 7 drawings, and this will be paid in a separate order.


After delivering the design application, I will file it without extra fee in the country where you want to protect your invention, US, CA, AU, EU, UK, HK or any other country + the filing receipt (if the filing system lets file then pay the gov fees later).



In some countries, I will send the application to you with guidance to file by your self if the filing system requires paying the gov fees first.
