I will perform a complete and secure migration of your existing Mailchimp data and campaigns to Klaviyo, ensuring a seamless transition for your email marketing operations. My process is designed to prevent data loss and maintain the integrity of your customer lists.

This service includes:

Platform Integration: I will connect your Mailchimp account to Klaviyo and initiate the data sync. This includes pulling over subscriber information, lists, and historical email engagement data (opens, clicks, sends) from the last 90 days.

List & Segmentation Migration: All of your Mailchimp audiences (lists) will be migrated to Klaviyo. I will also replicate your key segments to ensure your new Klaviyo account is ready for targeted campaigns.

Campaign Migration: I will export your existing email templates from Mailchimp as HTML and import them into Klaviyo. I will then update all Mailchimp-specific merge tags (e.g., *|FNAME|*) to their Klaviyo counterparts ({{ first_name }}) to ensure personalization functions correctly.

Signup Form & Automation Audit: I will audit your website to identify all Mailchimp signup forms and provide you with a plan to replace them with Klaviyo forms or to re-route their data to Klaviyo. I will also assess your existing Mailchimp automations (e.g., welcome series) to prepare for rebuilding them in Klaviyo.

Final Handover: Upon completion, I will provide a summary report of the migration, a list of all migrated assets, and a checklist of final steps to take (e.g., disconnecting Mailchimp, updating forms) to finalize the process.

What is NOT included:

Rebuilding your Mailchimp automations (flows) in Klaviyo. This is a complex task that requires a separate, dedicated project.

Designing new email templates from scratch. The service focuses on migrating existing designs.

Migrating custom-coded integrations or complex backend configurations.
