Hello and welcome.
I can produce highly detailed Building Regulations packages for residential projects, extensions, conversions and new builds.
It will include:
- Foundation plans.
- Demolition Plans
- Construction & general arrangement plans
- Truss / rafter plans
- Elevations (North south, east, west)
- Sections
- Details
- Construction notes
- Electrical and light plans (if asked)
This offer is available for small-sized 1 storey extensions and loft conversions.
For traditional 2 storey extensions the fee will be £400, with an estimated time of 7 days.
For larger projects, please contact me for an accurate quote.
