I have been a qualified commercial lawyer for more than 30 years. I am recently retired and I now take on a limited amount of client work from my home as a freelancer.
Documents for legal review should be uploaded in open Word format, so I can propose amendments and provide comments directly in the documents. Please contact me before ordering, if you do not have the document for review in Word format. Turnaround time is calculated from time of your upload of the document in Word format to the workstream.
This Hourlie does not include assistance with registration at H.M Land Registry and statutory declaration in accordance with the requirements of section 38A(3)(b) of the LTA 1954. I will not be contacting any other third parties such as the landlord or the landlord’s representative, and it is your responsibility to provide the documents for review to me.
