I'm Thomas, a user experience tester with over a dozen years working in web design and marketing. I’m based in Lancashire, England UK and have a passion for helping new and established businesses achieve their goals.

My critical customer experience review offer involves me giving honest, impartial feedback on your site, and showing how an average customer may behave. I visit your site with no prior knowledge to explore the customer journey, user interface and user experience.

Why are customers leaving the site? Why aren’t people making purchases? Which pages are performing best? Can I make improvement to content? These are all questions I will answer with this offer.

I will provide you with a concise report of the review and a list of recommendations in a PDF file.

I have critically reviewed dozens of websites as well as developing dozens so I know what works and will be completely honest.

I can test either your desktop site, mobile site or both.

Following this I can provide a cost for carrying out the recommendations but there is no obligation to choose me for the work.
