The user test involves me giving honest, impartial feedback on your site, and showing how a 'typical' customer may behave. I visit your site fresh to show you what a brand new user to your site may think, where do they get confused, what is unengaging and how can you increase conversions/sales?

All the time I record my screen and voice and then send you the video file with my narration offering constructive feedback, along with a written report summarising issues and recommendations.

I have critically reviewed hundreds of websites so have a very good appreciation of what makes a site user-friendly and persuades me to buy.
