I will manage your serviced accommodation for 5 days.
This offer includes
• taking inbound calls from guests
•replying to DMs and emails
•Organizing cleaning
•Overall Management of the rental

LISTINGS SET UP: Create property listing on preferred OTAs. Client will be providing the essential information to get the listings set up
2. RATES & CALENDAR AVAILABILITY: Set up rates at client’s preferred pricing and update . I should be notified of the unavailable dates so I can block the calendar prior to going Live.

3. COMPETITOR RATES: If uncertain on the rates and you need me to study the market pricing, I can do market research.

4. Upload Photos of the rental

5. property summary and description should be provided by client or I can create short generic description based on photos and location provided by client.

6. KEY HANDLING & CHECK-IN/OUT INFORMATION which will be provided by client
7. GOING LIVE: Once listing is published, it may take 24-48 hours for the property to go live in Booking.com. OTA's like Booking.com may send verification letter and will I will send through the link of the finished listing to client for review. I should be advised of listings revisions within 72-hours once it’s published so I can edit settings for FREE.
