Probably the most experienced and best qualified legal service provider on PPH. I qualified in 1976 and retired as a solicitor in 2008. Although I am officially retired I still work full time. I am unable to provide regulated legal services.

Retirement in my case, involved giving up expensive High Street offices, employing staff and offering services, like conveyancing, which I never enjoyed anyway. I now work from home, charge a lot less than I used to and provide, what I like to think, is the best customer service on PPH.

I now concentrate on my first love, which is helping new businesses start and grow.

Not only am I very knowledgeable about commercial law and how it affects the small business, I've owned and run several successful small businesses in my time and helped many more start up and succeed.

I've also been broke after one of my businesses closed through no fault of mine. So I know the pain of dealing with a failing business first hand.

For these reasons, I can offer a complete service which deals not only with all commercial legal stuff (like t&cs and contracts) but also the writing of business plans and helping to develop business strategy. If you have debt problems, I can lend both sympathy and practical support.

I've recently been accredited as a Mediator and am offering those services through PPH, at a very advantageous rate.
