Educated to Level 7 my training includes Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Business Improvement Techniques.
My extensive experience in Process Mapping, DMAIC and Kaizen, utilises a combination of tried and tested techniques to help your business reduce costs, reduce error and improve customer experience.
