Hi!

I'm a Filipino Architect who has at least 5 years or experience in the design and construction industry. My private practice is based in the Philippines where I cater to the design and construction needs of my clients.

My key skills are drafting 2D construction and permit drawings and 3D rendering of facades and interiors for residential and commercial establishments. I am also knowledgeable in quantity survey and specification writing.

I am also knowledgeable of the Planning Application process and Building Control policies in the UK as I have worked alongside construction companies in the UK. I will be able to assist you in gathering the necessary information needed for the Planning Application and Building Control Application if needed.
