I don’t just “know” ecommerce — I’ve lived it, and seen every storm it can throw at you! Starting with just £600, I co-founded and grew an online homewares brand to £2.5M annual revenue within 10 years, fully bootstrapped, without any investment, before successfully selling it after 13 years. In one of the toughest retail sectors know to man, we competed with major household names and came out on top.

Unlike many freelancers, I’ve actually run a business end-to-end — dealing with customers, suppliers, marketing, SEO, PPC, and scaling challenges. I know how decisions affect the bigger picture, not just the technical task in front of me.

Being UK-based, I also understand the local market, compliance, and customer expectations. While cheaper freelancers abroad may offer a quick fix, I’ve seen time and again that those “fixes” don’t last — especially with SEO, PPC, and brand strategy.
