I’m the Director of a UK-based growth agency specialising in paid media strategy, performance & scale. We work across Lead Gen & eCommerce, helping ambitious SMEs & established brands grow revenue through structured, data-led digital strategies.
Our typical starting point is to review existing campaigns, assess performance against the market, and map out a clear 6-month growth plan. This gives you full visibility on where things stand, what’s working, what isn’t, and where the real opportunity sits.

Prior to IMT, I built & scaled multiple businesses including a niche tour operator & events company (one of the largest in the UK at the time), along with a gift experience company. Combined turnover exceeded £8m before exit.
That experience underpins how we approach every account - focusing on revenue, margin & growth, not just clicks or traffic.
I lead the strategy on all projects personally, supported by a team of 18 specialists across paid media, analytics, CRO & creative.
We’re a Google Premier Partner (top 1% globally), with additional partnerships across Meta, Microsoft and Amazon, working across all major Search & Social platforms.
We also act as a White Label PPC partner for Agencies e.g. SEO, Web Design & PR - helping them deliver campaigns, win new business & expand their service offering without building in-house teams.
