I have assisted on developing a web based GIS application where we can upload the spatial data and make them available to the users through a powerful visual editing interface.

I have identified technical solutions and software requirements in relation to GIS, spatial/transport analysis and data management.

Extensive use of MS Excel and MS Access for manipulating and integrating the various types of data and production of outputs that can easily be uploaded to the object-relational database management system (PostgresSQL).
