We are an award-winning creative web design firm having 10+ years of experience and a team of 30+ designers and developers with a sales presence in Watford (UK), Jacksonville (USA), and a state-of-art development center in India. I and my partner have 10+ years of experience between us in high-end, premium web design and development using Wordpress, Shopify, and Magento as well as mobile app design and development. For us a website isn't just about design, it revolves around the business's objectives and goals. This could be to increase sales, sign-ups, subscriptions, or social shares. We emphasize each of these avenues during the website building process so the design is optimized for the objectives.

It's important for both you, the client, and ourselves that we are available to communicate effectively on all the projects we take on PPH. So our in-house team of experts works on the websites sold via hourlies and I and my partner work on the design and development of high-end projects we win through bid to deliver unmatched US/UK agency level quality.

However, I and my partner still manage all the projects (including hourlies) on PPH and I will continue to remain your first point of contact to ensure that every website is delivered to an exceptional standard. To maintain our 100% feedback rating, We treat each project on PPH as if it were my own business. Payment Terms & Conditions:

We prefer to work hourly, but do take fixed fee projects as long as the project scope and requirements are well defined.

For fixed-fee projects less than £2,000 payment terms are:
100% project fund set up in escrow with PPH at the start of the project in 2 parts.
50% released on completion of the first half of the project
The remaining 50% released at completion of the project.

We put our agency name in the credit section on the footer of all websites / web apps / mobile apps that we create through PPH. If you are an agency yourself or would like to white label the website / app (i.e. remove / replace our name from the footer) a white labeling charge of up to 20% of the project cost may apply. Our bid price on projects on PPH does not include a white labeling fee unless specifically stated in our bid proposal.
