I work as a Film Freeway jury panel member for several film festivals, scoring films against specific criteria. My scripts and films have won three international awards. I'm also a published author through Timber Ghost Press, Utah, and Wordgate, Scandinavia. I work on an ad-hoc basis as a mentor for new scriptwriters in my locale.

Previous: I've worked across organisations for over 25 years, working in change management, HR, instructional design, and helping to improve the employee experience. Chartered MCIPD. Senior Practitioner Member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, British Psychological Society Level A & B, enabling use and interpretation of psychometrics from Saville Consulting, Korn Ferry, and Myers Briggs (DiSC and MBTI-trained). I still work two days per week for clients in this capacity.
